When everything feels uncertain

Life no longer looks the way you expected.

Divorce and separation can unsettle far more than a relationship. Your confidence, identity, family life, home and sense of the future can all feel as though they are shifting at once.

There is no single right way through it and no timetable you have to follow. Coaching gives you room to pause, separate what you can control from what you cannot, and reconnect with your own judgement.

01

Find clarity

Untangle the thoughts, emotions and decisions competing for your attention.

02

Trust yourself

Strengthen your boundaries, confidence and ability to advocate for what matters.

03

Move forward

Turn insight into calm, practical next steps that feel genuinely yours.

Space without judgement

Speak freely, be heard and explore what is really going on beneath the noise.

Questions that create clarity

Look at the situation from a different angle and recognise the choices available to you.

Support that moves with you

Work through uncertainty, difficult conversations and the practical realities of transition at your own pace.

Meet Lena

Professional insight. Personal understanding.

My path to coaching has not been a straight one. I studied Law at Durham University before building a career in finance and asset management, living and working in different countries along the way. I have been an expat, a professional and a mum raising three kids, and have navigated many of the things that real life can throw at us: changes in career and identity, relationships, separation and divorce, and unexpected challenges with health.

Those different chapters have given me an understanding of how much life can shift, sometimes through choice, sometimes unexpectedly and how unsettling it can feel when the future no longer looks quite as you imagined it would.

My own experience of separation and divorce is part of that understanding, but it is not the whole of it. I know what it is to balance the emotional with the practical, to make important decisions while living with uncertainty, and to begin working out what comes next when life changes shape.

Alongside that lived experience, I bring professional training across divorce, relationships, transition, recovery, health and wellbeing in a holistic and amicable way. My background in law and finance also gives me an understanding of the wider practical, legal and financial landscape that can surround separation and significant life change.

As your coach, however, my role is not to tell you what to do.

It is to create a calm, confidential space where you can step away from the noise, hear yourself more clearly and work out what feels right for you. Together, we can explore the decisions in front of you, the relationships and patterns that may be affecting them, what you need now, and what you want the next chapter of your life to look like.

I bring professional insight, lived experience and, above all, a very human understanding that life rarely follows a neat or predictable path.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes you simply need the space to find your own.

Coaching complements, but does not replace, legal, financial or therapeutic advice.

“Divorce is not only the ending of a marriage. It is a transition – an opportunity to understand who you are now, what you want your life to look like and what you will and will not accept going forward.”

Questions you may have

Before we begin.

What is divorce coaching?+

Divorce coaching gives you a calm, confidential space to think clearly, understand your options and decide how you want to move forward. It supports the emotional and practical side of change, alongside any legal or financial advice you may need.

Is coaching the same as therapy or legal advice?+

No. Coaching is forward-focused and does not replace therapy, legal advice or financial advice. Lena helps you explore what is within your control, prepare for important conversations and make decisions that feel considered and true to you.

Can I come before I have decided to separate?+

Yes. You do not need to have made a final decision. Coaching can help you slow things down, hear your own thoughts and understand what you need before choosing your next step.

Do you work with both men and women?+

Yes. Lena works inclusively with men and women at any stage of divorce, separation or relationship change.

Are sessions online or in person?+

Both. Sessions are available online and in person. We can discuss the most suitable arrangement on your discovery call.

What happens first?+

You begin with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call to talk about what is happening, what support would feel most useful and whether working together feels right.

Professional boundaries: Coaching supports reflection, clarity and forward planning. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or mental-health advice, therapy or crisis support, and no particular outcome can be guaranteed. Although Lena’s background in law and finance informs her understanding, she does not provide legal or financial advice through her coaching practice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions and should seek suitably qualified professional support where needed.
